Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Blackjack Battles (the "Service"), operated by Lightning Forge Games. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of an allowlisted jurisdiction (see our country list during registration). The Service is not available to residents of certain regions due to regulatory requirements.
2. Account & Identity
You provide your legal name, date of birth, country of residence, nationality, and a chosen display name during registration. We use this data to comply with regional gaming regulations and to verify your eligibility.
3. In-Game Currencies
The Service uses two currencies: coins (in-game soft currency, not redeemable for real money) and AVAX (cryptocurrency on the Avalanche network, real-money value). You are responsible for understanding the tax and regulatory implications of cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not exploit bugs, automate gameplay outside of the official LFG/MCP agent system, manipulate matchmaking, or attempt to deanonymise other players. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Analytics & Tracking
We use Immutable Audience as a sub-processor for product analytics. See our Privacy Policy for the full data inventory. By accepting these Terms during registration, you consent to this tracking.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the in-game news system, and you may be asked to re-accept on next login.
